A vulnerability was found in Linux Kernel. This affects the __mtk_ppe_check_skb function in the drivers/net/ethernet/mediatek/mtk_ppe.c file in the Ethernet Handler component. This manipulation can lead to use after free issue.

There was no shipped kernel version were seen affected with this problem. These files are not built in our source code. This bug is now closed. Further updates for individual products will be reflected on the CVE page(s): https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/cve-2022-3636 |
