Description of problem:
When trying to sync one particular image from quay.io in Satellite, I get a warning that in-toto mediaType is not supported, preventing me from syncing that image.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a docker-type repo:
   url: https://quay.io
   name: satelliteqe/robottelo
2. Try to sync it.
