Could you please remove the angle parentheses from package name, summary, and description.
Could you please provide a link to the raw spec file. The current one returns some HTML web page.

GNU's "hello" is example code used for packaging tutorials. There is no reason
to package it for Fedora, so I'll close this ticket.
