.`rgw-restore-bucket-index` tool can now restore the bucket indices for versioned buckets
With this enhancement, to enable the `rgw-restore-bucket-index` tool to work as broadly as possible, the ability to restore the bucket indices for versioned buckets, in addition to its existing ability working with un-versioned buckets, is added.
