when upgrading from 38.8-2.fc38 to 38.9-1.fc38 I get the Error: "Transaction test error:"
file /usr/share/selinux/devel/include/contrib/passt.if from install of selinux-policy-devel-38.9-1.fc38.noarch conflicts with file from package passt-selinux-0^20230321.g1ee2f7c-1.fc38.noarch

note that this is a matter of the spec file itself, and strictly speaking it's not related to upstream, but I use the same template for other distributions too (that is, the ones supported by Copr builds), and I'd like to keep these changes in sync.

I'll make a new version of the Fedora package in a bit.
