Console app is almost frozen if scroll down and up in VM metrics tab

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit a running VM's metrics tab
2. Wait for some data is presenting in the page
3. Scroll down and up a few times in the page

Actual results:
console is almost frozen

Expected results:
scroll down or up is smooth

Set this to high as it's a really bad user experience when the console is frozen.
