Description of problem:
Upgrade test
Only got this error during the command to download and fixed with uninstallation of the package:
Error: Error de prueba de transacción:
  el archivo /usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/bin/libstdc++-6.dll de la instalación de mingw64-gcc-c++-12.2.1-7.fc38.x86_64 entra en conflicto con el archivo del paquete mingw64-libstdc++-12.2.1-6.fc37.x86_64
  el archivo /usr/i686-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/bin/libstdc++-6.dll de la instalación de mingw32-gcc-c++-12.2.1-7.fc38.x86_64 entra en conflicto con el archivo del paquete mingw32-libstdc++-12.2.1-6.fc37.x86_64
  sudo dnf remove mingw64-gcc-c++ mingw32-gcc-c++

Thank you for the report, this is likely an issue with the mingw-64-gcc-c++ package itself rather than with DNF. I am moving this bug to that project :)

This is presumably due to mingw-gcc-12.2.1-8.fc38 still being in updates-testing which was not enabled at the time you performed the upgrade. Should be solved now that it has landed in updates stable [1].
