1. Proposed title of this feature request
cockpit-ostree support for RHEL for Edge (rpm-ostree) systems

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
RHEL web console support for RHEL for Edge (rpm-ostree) based systems

3. Why does the customer/partner need this? (List the business requirements here)
On edge and air gapped deployments, customers and partners doesn't have specialized engineers with baseOS skills, due scale and cost restrictions, then UI is a requirement is such scenarios.

4. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?
There are upstream project[1] available with Fedora[2].

I just filed bug 2217771 about fixing glib to unbreak c-ostree with the Python bridge. Apparently c9s does not get glib updates, so I asked for a backport.
