Titles in VM Diagnostic tab too big

Description of problem:
"Status conditions" and "Volume snapshot status" are too big, in VM Diagnostic tab.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.13

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Virtualization > VirtualMachines
2. Create some VM or access the details of some existing one
3. Access VM Diagnostic tab
4. See "Status conditions" and "Volume snapshot status" sub-titles

Actual results:
The titles "Status conditions" and "Volume snapshot status" in the page are too big,
comparing to titles in other pages, like in VM Details tab or in VM Configuration >
> Scheduling tab. See them for comparison.

Expected results:
"Status conditions" and "Volume snapshot status" smaller, aligned with titles
in other pages.
