From the UI we need to remove the enable in-transit encryption checkbox for only the external mode of storage system deployment as it is no longer needed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy ODF
2. Create Storage System and choose the external mode of deployment.
3. Under security and network wizar flow, you will see the enable in-transit encryption check-box


Actual results: checkbox is present and user has access to change it's value


Expected results: checkbox should not be there

We need UI for this in 4.13, closing this BZ.
