Description of problem:
Fedora's dolphin-emu package is out of date by about a year's worth of updates

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0-16380

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launching the program provides an out of date release releative to Dolphin's current active release scheme.


Actual results:
Many features are missing

Expected results:
Expecting that currently dolphin-emu version 5.0-18498 (commit 
46b99671d9158e0ca840c1d8ef249db0f321ced7) would be available.

Thanks for pointing this out. It looks like upstream monitoring broke and I never got the memo.

It seems to be working here:

But it stopped updating me.
