This is a tracking bug for Change: Changes of defaults in createrepo_c-1.0.0

Update createrepo_c to 1.0.0, new release will include change of default compression to zstd, no longer generating metadata in sqlite database format by default and simplified comps xml type in repodata.

AFAICS, this is done: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2267076 . That build is from July and is tagged stable for f39 and Rawhide. the releng ticket is still open, but it's unclear if releng actually has to do anything here.

F39 was released on November 7th, so I am closing this tracker. If this Change was not completed, please notify me ASAP.
