rpld is unmaintained since 2001 and has no reference-able upstream except http://gimel.esc.cam.ac.uk/james/rpld/index.html pointing to the the 2001 release.  Therefore, I'm filing this bug to track changes to the Fedora Rawhide rpld package to port it to modern C.
