After installing and activating gnome-shell-extension-openweather-119-2.fc38, it doesn't work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora Workstation
2. Install gnome-shell-extension-openweather-119-2.fc38
3. Enable with gnome-extensions
Actual Results:  
Extension doesn't work

Expected Results:  
Extension activated and display weather near the clock

I enclose a patch to add to fix the issue

I don't know how to fork project on gitlab to make a push request.
But i see a more elegant push request submited on gitlab : https://gitlab.com/skrewball/openweather/-/merge_requests/38
