1. Proposed title of this feature request
Request to include sudo-1.9.10 in RHEL 8

3. What is the nature and description of the request?
sudo 1.9.10 will allow us to use regex in sudoers.

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
need the regex feature so we can better manage sudo environment.

5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
include sudo-1.9.10 in RHEL 8 (or backport support for regex into the existing sudo)

6. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
edit /etc/sudoers with regex and confirm that they are applied as expected
