journal log

Comment 5 Vladimír Slávik 2023-05-30 14:29:44 UTC
Is this log saved after anaconda crashes? There's some nouveau related problem at the end, but I don't see anything about anaconda.

journal log after the third run

In the previous log, the installer started once. Now I am sending you a file where the program was run three times.
Note: After the second failed run, I deleted anaconda.pid

Comment 7 Vladimír Slávik 2023-07-25 13:36:32 UTC
I'm sorry, but this seems really to be about the display driver, somehow. The first run shows the error below, the second ends with the PID problem which does not start the main GUI, the third run is not in journal beyond starting the installer (?).

Thanks for the GPU related tip. I solved the problem by selecting Troubleshooting --> Start Fedora-Workstation-Live 38 in basic graphics mode in the bootloader
