Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

I have ACM installed on hub cluster in MDR cluster configuration.
When I am trying to get route using below command ,its giving error
 
avd@Avdhoots-MacBook-Pro hub % oc get route multicloud-console -n open-cluster-management -o jsonpath --template="https://{.spec.host}/multicloud/applications{'\n'}"
Error from server (NotFound): routes.route.openshift.io "multicloud-console" not found

command mentioned in doc at procedure of 3.11.1. Creating a sample application-

1.Install OCP 
2.Install ACM
3.Added Managed cluster  


Actual results:
Error from server (NotFound): routes.route.openshift.io "multicloud-console" not found

Expected results:
https://multicloud-console.apps.perf3.example.com/multicloud/applications

 I have changed component to documentation and the command needs to be removed from doc as it not working.

Olive, can you please check and fix the doc in 4.13.0?
