Trying to update to the latest 1.20.0 version.

make: *** No rule to make target 'axtls'.  Stop

This was removed here: https://github.com/micropython/micropython/pull/8916

Removing that make command and adding mbedtls-devel in the BuildRequires results in:

Error: micropython-lib submodule is not initialized. Run 'make submodules'

Adding %make_build -C ports/unix submodules V=1 and a BuildRequires on git (not git-core) results in:

fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git
make: *** [../../py/mkrules.mk:224: submodules] Error 128

Upstream has a large collection of git submodules in https://github.com/micropython/micropython/tree/master/lib

Sometimes, the additional sources of micropython need to be updated to match the ones that are needed. Maybe that's the case here as well.
