Description of problem:
Migration script failed to initiate provider migration with providers in 2 different OCM account

$ ./migrate.sh -provider 23bqevl84nil02oqbqvah97e6qo8m49c 23br4p4r8mijt56l2nq0bhqhu03dj59u -d -dev

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy the ROSA cluster in Dev OCM account, install Faas agent provider
2. Deploy appliance mode cluster with provider and onboard 1-2 consumer
3. migrate the provider:

Actual results:
Faile to initiate migration 

Expected results:
Migration should complete successfully

Hello,

The PR with the fix is merged https://github.com/rchikatw/odf-managed-service-migration/pull/36. Now The script will ask for 2 more inputs after script executed
1. OCM token for old/backup cluster.
2. OCM token for new/migrated cluster.

Please take the latest change and rerun the migration.
