This command is not correct for Satellite 6.12.x. "katello-certs-check" now requires an additional parameter "-t [satellite|capsule"], so this documentation should be update to reflect that change.

This statement is not completely correct. I tested both on Satellite 6.12 and 6.13 

** By default "katello-certs-check" does not require "-t" to be used when we want to check and apply the SSL certs for Satellite. It defaults to satellite profile. 

So from that perspective, https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.12/html/installing_satellite_server_in_a_connected_network_environment/performing-additional-configuration#Deploying_a_Custom_SSL_Certificate_to_Server_satellite is correct


** When we consider External Capsules, Then requires to use "-t capsule" and even that is mentioned in the Capsule installation guide

As per your feedback in the documentation, it does not require adding a parameter in the case of a Satellite server as tested and mentioned by one of the Support Engineers. If you can reproduce the issue by following the steps in the documentation, please feel free to reopen this bug.
