Description of problem:
gnome-console (kgx) does not get the input focus when launched from gnome-shell.

How reproducible:
Almost every time. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch "Console" from gnome-shell activity
2. Start typing text.

Actual results:
Input is send to the application in the background or discarted.
