Doc Text:	.Enable Ceph exporter with labeled performance counters in Rook Previously, it was not possible to retrieve the new `rbd-mirror` performance counters as metrics because the Ceph exporter was not enabled in Rook. With this enhancement, Ceph exporter is enabled in Rook and provided with labeled performance counters for `rbd-mirror` metrics thereby enhancing scalability for a larger number of images. Before we enable the exporter again, we really need to fix this issue with the crash on restart:

Why this is a blocker for 4.13? Are we enabling it back?

Mudit, yes this is to enable the ceph exporter so we can get the rbd-mirroring metrics.

Ready to enable it from Rook's perspective, but needs QE ack.
