Description Ben Engbers 2023-05-03 13:52:58 UTC
I use LibreOffice writer 7.5.2.2

After upgrading my laptop to Fedora 38, Japanese fonts are no longer printed.
In the print preview everything looks normal but only 'standard' fonts are printed

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter Japanese text (with Anthy keyboard and Noto Sans mono CJK JP:ruby font)
2. Print
3.
Actual Results:
Only regular fonts are printed

Expected Results:
Japanese fonts are printed (hiragana and katakana)

Comment 1 Ben Engbers 2023-05-04 09:12:18 UTC
I printed a testpage with Japanese Kanji, Hiragana and Katakana characters.
All characters were printed

Comment 2 Ben Engbers 2023-05-05 10:01:01 UTC
I printed a testpage I found on internet. The testpage had Japanese Kanji, Hiragana and Katakana characters.
All characters were printed fine.
In libreoffice the Japanese kana are still missing.
