Doc Text:	The heatmap panel is now used throughout Grafana. Geomaps can now measure both distance and area. The Alertmanager is now based on the v0.24 release of the Prometheus Alertmanager. Grafana Alerting rules now return an Error state by default on execution error or timeout. Expressions can now be used on public dashboards. The join transformation now supports inner joins. Public dashboards now allow sharing Grafana dashboards. There is a new Prometheus streaming parser as an opt-in feature.
