Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/36395 has been resolved.

Verified with:
- Satellite 6.14.0 snap 10
- rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-8.0.48-1.el8sat.noarch

Test steps:
1. Have host/s with insights recommendation.
2. Go to Configure > Insights
3. Sync insights recommendation 

Observation:
- Insights recommendations for host/s are shown on Satellite.
