I needed to do in %prep

rm tests/test_utils.py                                                                                                                        
rm tests/test_gtk.py 

To get a local mock to work.
Please give a rebuild a try and see if these test results are false positives.
I see that gtk3 (not 4) is optional on the project's homepage.
