Description Michel Lind 2023-05-08 23:46:39 UTC
Please branch and build python-pyopengl in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain python-pyopengl in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package;
please add the epel-packagers-sig group through
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pyopengl/addgroup
and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.

I would also be happy to be a co-maintainer (FAS: salimma);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pyopengl/adduser

Comment 1 Michel Lind 2023-05-08 23:54:45 UTC
This blocks the xpra update for EPEL 9: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2023-e1e4b167ab -- thanks!

xvfb-run somehow segfaults when running tests on EL9: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=100914045

Indeed, that's why this hasn't been done yet.
