This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #2160803

Description of problem:
Need the procedure to replace a faulty OSD DB/WAL device on RHCS 4

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHCS 4.x

How reproducible:
Always on a scenario when a DB or WAL device fails in a non-collocated OSD scenario

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup a RHCS 4.x cluster with non-collocated OSD scenario
2. Fail one of the DB or WAL device
3. Replace the underlying physical disk

Actual results:
There is no documented procedure available in our official doc

Expected results:
There should be step by step procedure to replace the DB/WAL device which customer can follow during their day-2 operations
