Description of problem:
The output port for headphones in hda intel driver of alsa have to upgrade to
1.0.14 (see: http://www.alsa-project.org/changes/v1-0-13rc2--v1-0-13rc3.txt)

How reproducible:
Conect a headphone and try listen something. Dont show this volume control in mixer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Conect the headphone
2. Play a sound
3. Find a control in mixer (dont exist)

Dont found this output

Expected results:
Detect this output

Additional info:
I think that upgrade to alsa 1.0.13 should resolve.
