Description of problem:

On the RHCS 6.1 cluster, the Red Hat Logo displayed on the "Welcome to Red Hat Ceph Storage Dashboard" page is very big.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy a RHCS 6.1 cluster with Dashboard enabled.
2. Login to Ceph Dashboard


Actual results:

Red Hat Logo on the welcome page is too large (please check attached screenshot)


Expected results:
=================
Red Hat Logo on the welcome page should be proportional and of appropriate size
