The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Upgrade paths for RHEL with SAP HANA installed are going to be changed to follow the new schema / strategy. Allowing upgrade from RHEL 8.8 to RHEL 9.2 when SAP HANA is installed, requiring customer to verify that
 * the target system has been certified for SAP HANA
 * the installed version of SAP HANA is supported/certified on the target system

For upgrades to RHEL 9.2+ the report with instructions is generated.
