python-carbon RPM is missing in EPEL-8 and EPEL-9.

EPEL-7 contains python-carbon, but EPEL-8 and EPEL 9 don't.

Considering python-2 EOL, EPEL-8 and EPEL-9 should contain python3-carbon RPM.

Will you be able to branch and build python-carbon in epel9?
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish
to build it on epel9 (FAS: jonathanspw).

The RPM python3-carbon has been pushed to Almalinux Synergy repository.

https://repo.almalinux.org/almalinux/8.8/synergy/x86_64/os/Packages/python3-carbon-1.1.10-5.el8.noarch.rpm

So probably it get into EPEL too.
