Missing some requirements, please file bugs to have them added to EPEL-9 and have them block this bug.

The aforementioned dependencies are still missing, and I don't see bugs to address that.

libdbi is tracked in Bug 2039711 but looks like at least nagios-plugins decided to removed the dependency instead of adding it to EPEL9.
