Description of problem:
xrdp - shared lib /usr/lib64/xrdp/libvnc.so is missing

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
xrdp.x86_64    1:0.9.22-3.el8

How reproducible:
Install xrpd in a tstsystem and try to login via rdp clint

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
Install xrpd 
2.
check thes existence of the shared lib /usr/lib64/xrdp/libvnc.so 
NO lib - NO work!
3.
Install the complet toolchain
dnf install tigervnc-server xrdp

systemctl start xrdp.service
systemctl status xrdp.service

firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=3389/tcp 
Warning: ALREADY_ENABLED: 3389:tcp
Success

firewall-cmd --reload

4.
Try to login via RDP (Windows or Linux client)
This WILL NOT WORK when shared lib /usr/lib64/xrdp/libvnc.so ist missing


Actual results:
NO desktop login via RDP is possible

Expected results:
desktop login via RDP is possible (again)

Additional info:
xrdp.x86_64    1:0.9.21-1.el8  - this version is working !
xrdp.x86_64    1:0.9.22-3.el8  - this version ist broken ! (all platforms, as I noticed in rpm tool)
