Reducing the priority to low. Will take this BZ for 4.15 Added a PR which should fix this issue as well. PR: https://github.com/red-hat-storage/ocs-operator/pull/2322 Fix is merged on ocs-operator's master branch. Arun, This bug is raised on the managed fusion deployment platform which is now not a supported platform. Could you please suggest the new verification steps to verify the BZ? The BZ is valid even for a normal ODF cluster. In the latest ODF cluster, where storagesystem is installed and ocs-metrics-exporter pod is running, we should not see the following line in the (exporter) pod logs (pasting, the same line you had mentioned in the first comment, here) ``` W0510 14:17:06.951576 1 reflector.go:347] /remote-source/app/metrics/internal/collectors/registry.go:63: watch of *v1.PersistentVolume ended with: failed to process PV: pvc-198af0f3-d156-4bba-8c18-29ce9dcf7309 err: unexpected object of type v1.PersistentVolume ``` Thanks, Arun Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory (Important: Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation 4.15.0 security, enhancement, & bug fix update), and where to find the updated files, follow the link below. If the solution does not work for you, open a new bug report. https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2024:1383 |
