Description Václav Kadlčík 2023-05-24 13:38:56 UTC
Undeclared file conflict found by fedora-ci.koji-build.rpmdeplint.functional (a Fedora CI test):

gcc-gdc-13.1.1-3.fc39.aarch64 provides /usr/share/man/man1/gdc.1.gz which is also provided by perl-WWW-GoodData-1.11-26.fc38.noarch

Reproducible: Always

GDC(1) User Contributed Perl Documentation GDC(1)

NAME
       gdc - Client utility for GoodData on-demand Business Intelligence platform

SYNOPSIS
       gdc [global options] <command> [command options]

DESCRIPTION
       gdc is the command-line and interactive client for GoodData REST-ful service API built on top
       of WWW::GoodData client library.

Comment 2 Florian Weimer 2023-05-24 13:47:08 UTC
There's also /usr/bin/gdc.

Upstream for WWW::GoodData is here: <https://github.com/lkundrak/www-gooddata>

Last commit in 2014. Not sure if it even works with the current API version? Maybe the Perl package should just be retired.

Comment 3 Fedora Release Engineering 2023-08-16 08:09:48 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
