memtest86+ can't be installed automatically on systems that store boot loader menu entries under /boot/efi instead of /boot

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use systemd-boot for booting, instead of GRUB
2. Keep the kernel and systemd-boot configuration under /boot/efi (ESP partition)
3. Install memtest86+
Actual Results:
