Due to the deprecation of the command warning feature[*1], standard-test-roles in rawhide doesn't work properly. I know this has been fixed in git[*2]. so we need a patched version in rawhide as far as possible because this causes Fedora CI failure on some packages.

Failed with the reason "Unsupported parameters for (ansible.legacy.command) module: warn."

Expected Results:  
task should be sucessfully done

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
