Every time when navigating to Storage / Data Foundation after login or refreshing the page <console-link>/odf/cluster Topology tab and all the tabs after Storage Systems stuck to render on 2-3 sec.

OCP  4.13.0-0.nightly-2023-05-20-014943
ODF ocs-operator.v4.13.0-203.stable

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy cluster with ODF 4.13 and login to management console
2. Navigate to Storage / Data Foundation 
3.


Actual results:
Topology tab stuck to render, all the tabs after Storage Systems stuck with Topology tab too

Expected results:
All the tabs from the co-m-horizontal-nav__menu html element appear simultaneously with rest elements of the page

This issue is an internal issue related to how we mount components onto the DOM. Doc update IMO is not required as it would involve details around the internal working of what we mount. Setting RDT to `No Doc Update`
