[Doc] Release notes for 5.3z3 version missing previous 5.3 changes

In the current release notes, the changes introduced with previous z versions are wiped and only the changes from z2 to z3 are documented.
Older changes are not documented anymore and users cannot understand which changes to previous major version or between subversions have been introduced with all the versions in between. 

Either the changes should be recorded as new changes to the up to this date previous changes in the same release notes document or each released version should have it's own document and those should be provided all in the official docs.
