Description of problem:
In ceph dashboard Block mirroring page when try to create bootstrap token In UI not able to select a particular pool for token generation when multiple pools exist.

Refer the attached screen shot for disabling pool selection.

ceph version 17.2.6-70.el9cp (fe62dcdbb2c6e05782a3e2b67d025b84ff5047cc) quincy (stable)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy 2 ceph 6.1 clusters with dashboard
2.configure mirroring for one pool
3.try to configure another pool mirroring using dashboard
4.select on new pool and click on Create Bootstrap token

Actual results:
unable to select a particular pool for token generation when multiple pools 

Expected results:
Token creation should happen using user selected pool
