DR dashboard shows "Unknown" activity for a newly deployed application.
This might misled the users that there is some issue with the application.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy RDR setup
2. Enable ACM observability and whitelist DR metrics
3. Deploy App-set based workload
4. Observe the DR dashboard (All Cluster -> Data services -> Data policies -> Overview -> select the newly deployed application from  application dropdown)
5. Check the Activity status
   - It will show "?Unknown"

Expected results:
A better meaningful Activity status for newly deployed application
