Description Paul Dudley 2023-06-01 19:40:12 UTC
Due to findings in Pulp stability in Satellite it would be good to implement a base value of --max-requests and --max-requests-jitter properties and allow those to be manipulated with the installer as well.

Another finding in the Foreman space is to set the --preload property on pulpcore-api and pulpcore-content startup; reference https://github.com/theforeman/puppet-pulpcore/pull/288/files
