Describe the issue: 

A CU uses custom roles and also hammer scripts to set them up.
In recent Satellite minor releases, filters and permissions have been removed without having documentation for that.


Suggestions for improvement: 

It would be great to name role, filter and permission removals in "Removed Functionality" section, so CU is able to adjust automation.

Hi! I am currently trying to find a most direct way to find all removed filters, permissions, and roles. I will also bring this issue up on a writer meeting so we start doing this for every subsequent release. I will see if I can get this to 6.14.

I did not manage to get the list into 6.14, but I have the list of changed roles and permissions for 6.15 (only 4 permissions added)

> Example1: 6.12 to 6.13 -> filters "destroy_reports", "upload_reports" and "view_reports" are not available anymore.

These are actually permissions as well, hence I assume that changes in permissions and roles are the two things that should be mentioned in the release notes based on this ticket.

I am currently working with SMEs to determine whether additional description for the added permissions is needed.
This will be a part of 6.15 release notes, and we will also do this for every subsequent release.
