Description of problem:
 On an archive site, bilog for the buckets created on rhcs-5.3 or before are not trimmed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an archive site on rhcs-5.3
2. Create buckets from the primary or secondary and upload objects
3. We observe that bilogs/datalogs are not trimmed on the archive site for these buckets
