Description of problem:
In CentOS Stream 8, the build modules have not changed to reflect the llvm 16 builds. bcc requires llvm to build. In the latest commit for bcc, it was noted that llvm 16 is to be used for the new build. However, 15 was used for Stream 8, rather than 16.

If this is built against llvm 16, however, the build will fail.

How reproducible:
Always on llvm 16

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Adjust repos to use llvm 16 module
2. Attempt to build bcc 0.25.0-4

Actual results:
Fails to build from source around the 70% mark.

Expected results:
Successful build.

Appears to be addressed in (0.25.0-5). Can be closed.
