It is possible to fix the UI to delete the drpc after deleting applications,
we do this manually with current code. It should also work if we delete the
drpc at the same time we delete the placement and subscription, we do this
in the upstream tests without any issue.

To delete the drpc before deleting the application we need this change:

It should be available soon.
