The current version of restic (0.13.2) is out-of-date. Please update to the latest version.

Restic 0.18 has been released a few months ago.

Waiting for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/GolangPackagesVendoredByDefault and go-vendor-tools to be available for EPEL.
