Description of problem:

As of now, it's only collecting the inspect on ns/openshift-sdn which will not be available on OVN OCP cluster. If the cluster network is OVNKubernetes, collect the data from openshift-ovn-kubernetes instead.

Steps to Reproduce:

Run must-gather on OCP OVN cluster and look at the logs for the error.

Actual results:

"namespaces openshift-sdn not found error" while running must-gather in OVN cluster

Expected results:

Collect inspect from openshift-ovn-kubernetes if the cluster is having OVN network.

Against v4.13.2.rhel9-2,

On a OVN cluster, collected must-gather did attempt to inspect or gather from openshift-sdn, data was gathered from openshift-ovn-kubernetes
