Description of problem: On Japanese locale, the string 'Begin Installation' is there on the anaconda installation summary screen. As per the results of the L10N QA event, the string should be translated to - 'インストールの開始'. Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch installation with Japanese locale
2. Go to the installation summary screen
3. observe the string 'Begin Installation' is in English which is below the begin installation and quit buttons

Actual results:
The string 'Begin Installation' should be translated to 'インストールの開始'

Expected results:
the string 'Begin Installation' is in English

Bhushan, this seems to be fixed in anaconda-33.16.9.3-1.el8, compose RHEL-8.9.0-20230807.23, see the attached screenshot.
Can you please double check the bug is fixed?
